The rooms here are modern and affordable, each with their own bathroom, and the location is convenient for exploring the Sukhumvit area with a nice view.

The hotel was modern, had absolutely breathtaking views and ideal location just off Suk 13 alley, and Soi 11/Sukhumvit.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with good amenities. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and entertainment options. The rooftop bar offers a nice view, and the swimming pool is enjoyable.

Nothing could have been better.

The staffs are helpful and friendly in this hotel.

1. The strong smell in the room due to this new hotel. (open within one year)2. Air conditioning is too bad, the room like steamer even you turn on air conditioning at 17c. 3. The shower, it's too difficult to get hot water.

Good food for normal price, helpfull staff, free internet

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. it was great value for money - the prices were really reasonable, especially considering the location. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, but still close enough to all the action in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always friendly and helpful. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great. The room had a comfortable single bed and the free WIFI worked perfectly. Plus, breakfast was included in the rate, which was a convenient and tasty start to my day.

Everything was tip-top, no complaints at all.

The hotel only opened in June 2011 so everything is new. There are obviously a few snagging matters but the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the restaurant food excellent. The upstairs bar wasn't yet ready but will be lovely. Very nice hotel for the price

The hotel is quite a way down Soi 13. Ok for us as we are fit but the complimentary tuk tuk doesn't operate monday mornings and then unfortunately broke down during our stay. The hotel is a little confusing as you enter on the ground floor but reception is on the 7th floor because it's "hip!" Corridors a bit dark but rooms very nicely appointed. The window is in the bathroom part of the room not the bedroom however as the rooms are bright and airy this doesn't matter after a while. All in all I'd recommend this hotel

I liked the modern design of the hotel itself.

Did not like at all layout of the room at all, bathroom did not have a door, so it was right inside the room actually. Room had no mirrors at all, except for a shaving mirror which was rather small. Also there was no window in room, so no natural light could come in. Airconditioning was way too loud. Reception staff charged the card I used to book hotel , and I was asked to pay in cash as wellso in the morning I had to wait 40min for my cash to be given back to me.

This place met our needs, and I highly recommend it; there is a great restaurant for breakfast.

According to the facilities in the hotel, room rent is too expensive. Other wise everything is O.K.

Excellent service from the entire staff, especially when we encountered a problem with our room. The breakfast had a good selection, including made-to-order eggs, and the pool was a nice amenity. The location was also convenient. However, the highlight of our stay was the prompt response from the hotel when our room had a bad odor. They quickly moved us to a different room and ensured that our experience was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities.

The hotel is great. It is new, with great rooms. The location is good as it has its own Tuk-Tuk. To take you to the center os Sukumvit. Brekfest is ok.

Staff should learn to speak english.

Didn't like the sink in the room as opposed to being in the bathroom.
